As we have done with our previous reunions we plan to publish a Class Book.  This reunion, however, we will not actually print it, but rather make it available to you in a password protected PDF file.

The Reunion Committee hopes that each classmate will take the time to complete the online Class Book Survey or print the form, complete it and mail with their registrations.

Whichever method you decide to use, we hope you will complete the survey early and send us so you are included.  Bill Burwell and John Wavra will work together to produce the class book.  We will only use the information you provide for your entry in the class book.  Some of the questions are mandatory and others are optional.  All of the questions are meant to allow us to inform your fellow classmates where life has taken you these last 50 years.  Your answers are all optional.

Please be advised that only those classmates who participate and complete the survey will have access to the Class Book once available.
